A clear blue sky is the same everywhere.
It’s only whats in front of it that makes it different.
Each cloud, each sunset, sunrise – it changes every single day.
But the clear blue is constant, and always there even if we don’t see it.
The sky is, just like I am.
But who am I? who am I?
This is not a question about preference or personality.
It is much deeper. Who am I? what am I?
Am I the clouds, or the shifting sunsets? Am I what always changes?
Or am I that still, clear blue that is always there, always was, always will be?
Even if my opinions, beliefs, memories and experiences shift, isn’t there something in me that ever stays the same?
Just like the blue sky stays the same behind the shifting clouds?
Who am I? What am I?
How can I find the exact point that defines me?
Is it even possible?
What happens if I let go of all my ideas about who I am, what I want, what I like?
Do I have the courage to not be special, to be nothing at all,
to not be anything that differs from anybody else?
Isn’t it true that we all carry the sky inside our hearts,
that my sky is your sky, our sky?
Isn’t it true that we are carried by the universe every single step?
Isn’t it true that the whole universe conspires the keep us alive every single instant?
Every breath, every heartbeat – everything – is a perfect orchestration to keep us alive,
Until it stops.
Who am i?
What am I?
Do I really have to know with my mind?
Can I know it inside my heart?
How about just be?
Be now.
Now.
Here.
I am.
I .
Am.
I.
