Meditation is to experience the expanse of your beingness, as wide as space, as small as a photon, both infinite in their own ways.
Meditation is being with yourself as you are. When you are able to truly be with yourself without hanging on to anything of what you generally regard as yourself, you will get to a stage that could be compared to a full body orgasm.
Start small and just be aware of your breathing. This you can do at any time. The only things necessary are your breathing and your awareness. Do this regularly and the benefits to your daily life will be enormous.
You can also start by contemplating an image, allowing nothing to come between you and your looking.
